Complaint against Lovely Flora World
This company i believe is having a laugh at us, customers. I ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered on 14/02/2018 and obviously (after reading so many complains) it did not arrived. To be honest i don't care if they will deliver today. 15/02/18 or next month, the occasion was 14/02/18. Also contacted via email for a refund as i do not need their flowers anymore, but i don't believe in any good outcome. By the way, why they don't have a telephone number to call? Oh, they are busy tricking customers and don't have time to answer calls.
