I have sent at least 6 email to the customer service team who have ignored every single one! I placed an order and within two days the flowers were ready for the bin. However I find the lack of communication more upsetting than the fact I wasted money on poor quality flowers. They claim to get back to you within 48hours. There is no contact telephone number for this company. I am going to have to take this further as the are breaking the sale of goods act now.
