Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered 28 red roses for valentines day to be delivered on that date to my wife, on the 6 of Feb I received email telling me ready to dispatch. Believing this must be an error I ignored it,(apparently not) however on the 13th not the 14th 27 rotten and dead roses arrived much to my dismay and embarrassment as my wife opened the box. I can only say that these are the worst flowers I have ever purchased and would not look out of place on a compost heap or compost bin, certainly not on display or fit to be delivered to a customer. Would not recommend or use again.
