Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered a delux bunch of flowers for a friends birthday. When they arrived they were almost dead - the flowers and leaves were brown etc. I contacted lovely flora who offered a replacement bunch in 2-5 days. This wasn't exceptabl anx they then said they would give me a refund within 15 days and that was on the 1/9/15. Despite numerous emails I have not had the refund, no response from my last 3 emails and it's now the 27/9/15! I have never known customer service Like it!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM
