Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Having read your post from 2015 about Lovely Flora World, I am even more disgusted to report that the situation is still exactly the same 3 years on! I bought 2 bouquets for my wife and my mother to be delivered the day before Mothers Day. Neither arrived on time. One bouquet has arrived today (March 12th) with my mother and she rang me in tears as I had told her yesterday that my wifes hadn't arrived on Saturday as planned but hopefully should be with her tomorrow. What she had received through the post was an absolute disgrace. I had paid for 50% more flowers. She received 11 carnations in a cardboard box with no foliage and bound by a single piece of tape. 5 of the carnations were already dead and there had been no attempt to protect the freshness of the flowers. They have not responded to my messages and have no phone number to reach them on. My wifes flowers still haven't arrived 3 days after ordering and god knows what they will be like when and if they do ever arrive!!
