Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered some flowers for mothers day, I placed the order on the 04/03/16, as it said on the website they would deliver the next day which was ideal for me, we are now on the 11/03/16, they still haven't delivered the flowers or given me any info to where my order is up to, I have emailed them on 4 occasions and all I get is the same response that they are looking in to it and will get back to me within 48 hours, which is rubbish, as I have not received any explanation! really am annoyed with the lack of service I most definitely wont be ordering from there again!
