Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered a Happy Birthday Bouquet ,The Pink Crystal ,which I also paid extra money to include more flowers ,along with a Happy Birthday balloon ,on the 1St of July ,to be delivered today on the 4th of July for my Daughter in laws Birthday ,as I thought it would be a lovely surprise for her , I checked with my bank on the morning of the 4th and the payment had gone through on the Friday , I informed my son ,my daughter in laws husband what I had done ,and at lunch time he phoned me and told me the flowers had not been delivered ! I tried to find a telephone number for lovely flora ,but there was not a telephone number for them! So I e mailed them early afternoon, By 8pm the bouquet and Birthday balloon still had not arrived ,and,I emailed lovely flora again to inform them ,of my disappointment ,I just wish someone from the company would get in touch with me and inform me what is going on ? I feel very sad as I just wanted to happily surprise my much loved daughter in law today .
