[LAPSED] Box crushed, 12 flowers, no balloon - disgusted
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers and paid for 50% extra added flowers to the package as it was for a birthday plus a free Happy Birthday Balloon. The flowers arrived a day late, box was crushed, 12 flowers inside even though I paid the 50% extra added flowers fee and did not get it. The balloon is missing as well. The delivery driver just rung bell, threw box at an 86 year old lady ..did not speak at all and walked away. Totally and completely disgusted. I have wasted £26 for nothing. I have emailed them and they are ignoring my emails. This company needs reportng to trading standards and people money returned.
