Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for a friend going through a tough time. I ordered on Sunday for next day delivery (bank holiday Monday). On Tuesday I contacted them and was told they would be delivered on Wednesday due to the holiday. No where whilst booking did it tell me next day delivery wouldn’t be possible. By Thursday they still hadn’t arrived so I asked for a refund and cancelled the order. I am now going to have to order from someone else at more expense. The money has been taken from my account. Very disappointed and will not be using them ever again. Also - there is no phone number for customer services, only an email.
