Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Hi I would like to make a complaint about the level of customer service given to myself by this company I ordered some flowers on Saturday and they automatically used my address instead of giving me the option to send it to somewhere else. Once I noticed this mistake from my emails regarding the order I then instantly sent another email with the updated address. According to their website this is an option providing the flowers hadnt already been prepared. I received an email Monday morning saying that they had received the email and was dealing with it. Then I received another email saying the flowers were ready to be delivered so i sent another email enquiring whether this had been done yet before they wasted time sending them out. However i then recieved an email stating that they had received my emails and were dealing with the query and there's no need for me to keep sending emails as they are very busy and they apparently "were on it" only for myself to receive the flowers! I'm not happy that I now have to spend 8.50 on sending these flowers to my mother in Blackpool from Manchester. Absolutely pointless I feel very upset that I tried my hardest to change the address via email only to be treated this way be spoken to rudely and for the problem NOT to be solved.
