COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUIRIES FROM CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FOR ORDERS. THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER ON THE WRONG DATE AND HAVEN'T ACKNOWLEDGED MY CORRESPONDENCE IN RELATION TO ADDRESS DETAILS, EVEN ALTHOUGH I HAVE SENT ABOUT 10 EMAILS NOW AND OVER A WEEK BEFORE THE FLOWERS WERE DUE TO BE DELIVERED . THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS BEEN DEPLORABLE.
