Lovely Flora World
Hi I recommended your service to a friend to send flowers to her cousin on her 50th birthday today, and they have not been delivered, I feel horrible as I recommended your company, your customer service, and ways to contact are terrible, she has emailed four times, and has now had to contact the person they were due to be delivered to, someone needs to contact her asap, I have advised to contact trading standards to start an inquiry. regards Jackie
