Ordered flowers to be delivered sat 10th March, received email from company on Friday that they were ready to be delivered. They didn't turn up until Monday and they were dead by then. They were also nothing like the picture of flowers I had ordered. I've contacted them 4 times via email since Saturday and I have not had any reply to get a refund. I will try my bank tomorow and see if they can help me recover my money via chargeback under consumer rights act as they have breached the contract of sale in 3 ways, failed to deliver on time, goods not as described and of unacceptable quality.
