Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers on Sunday 4th March. Then I spoke to my mum and she told me she would'nt be home on the 10th march the date I wanted the flowers delivered. I contacted flora world right away and explained and asked for the date to be changed. I was told no my order was being processed. Really being processed 6 days before the flowers were to be delivered. I asked again and was told no its too late. I have used on line flower services before and have never had any problems changing a date. Really poor customer service.
