I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday to arrive Wed/Thurs, they arrived on Sat and needless to say were not in good health some were already dead so i messaged the company and never heard anything back so i messaged again another 2 times over a week (3 times in total) and never had the courtesy of an answer.They must have the worst customer service in the country and i will not be using them again. Their website gives Guarantees about the quality etc of the flowers but do not back it up and i paid the extra for 50% extra flowers but if the bouquet that arrived here had 50% extra i wouldnt have liked to have seen the normal bouquet.
