I ordered Mothers Days flowers for my mum, I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the box, there were about 10 flowers (when I'd paid for 50% extra) and they were all dead and had just been thrown in the bottom of the box, fortunately they turned up early on 9th March 2018 so I was able to get my mum some flowers that were suitable and that I was happy to give to my mum. I was so upset and embarrassed by the state of them. I paid £20.00 for them, there was also a balloon, which had already deflated!! The flowers that arrived look nothing like the pictures on the website. I have got a refund but this is not the point, they should not be trading and ripping people off. this Company needs shutting down.
