Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers on 26th March, 2017 to be delivered on Tuesday 28th. Tuesday arrived and I didn't hear from my friend saying she had received flowers. On Friday my elderly friend called to thank me for said flowers and told me they had arrived that day. I asked her what they were like and, after some coaxing on my part, she said she was surprised that they came by Royal Mail and had no water or moisture, no Plant food and that the heads were all drooping. My friend is eighty-three and doesn't own a mobile phone or camera so I was unable to get a picture of them but, she certainly wouldn't lie. I have now emailed Lovely Flora five times, about to be six shortly, and all I get is automated responses (copies of which I have kept along with my emails) and I cannot find a telephone number to phone them. At present it feels like a lost cause but I'm really, really disgusted by the treatment I've received. I would advise that no-one considers using this company but I refuse to just "go away" which is what they are hoping.
