I ordered some flowers for my mother for mothers day and they were 5 days late and it says if you order by a certain time it is next day delivery, I sent 2 e.mails and customer services never acknowledged them. I felt bad to my mother that they didn't turn up on the date, when they did eventually turn up, they were wilted and not in good condition, I paid extra for the 50% extra offer and its a good job I did, as the flowers with the 50% extra was a really small bunch, I could have bought that in supermarket for about £3-00 instead I paid £20-00, I was really upset and felt ashamed that I had just got that for my mother and that it wasn't delivered in time either, I have sent flowers from here before and expected them to be lovely, but I wont ever use them again, its the first time I have seen what I have paid for and I feel awful to the people that I sent them to, I bet they thought what a gift that was and wish I had not wasted my money, the quality of the flowers was very very poor! and I think that they could have at least got back to me.
