I placed and order for what looked like a lovely bunch of flowers for my mothers birthday. The flowers arrived three days after the date they were supposed to and all badly wilted & half the size of what was advertised. I was told I would be given a refund, and told that the refund of £17.99 would be in my bank account by last Friday, this hasn’t happened. The company aren’t replying to my emails. I was disappointed as they were a gift which I thought would be a nice surprise for my Mum. I would definitely not use them again & wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I am reporting the company to trading standards.
