Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I made an order on the early hours of Friday morning, it said that it would be same day delivery if I ordered early in the day (I can't remember what time but as I ordered when I finished at work at 2am it would have been early enough!) the flowers were not delivered till Saturday and were just delivered by the postman shoved in a box with no water. I had ordered roses and they were nothing at all like the picture, they were straggley and poor quality and closed, they died after two days before they even opened. I sent flowers to my mum as it was the anniversary of my dad dying and I wanted to cheer her up, these flowers just depressed her more! The quality of the flowers was poorer then £2.99 flowers from the local petrol station. I have tried to contact the company but there is no telephone number. I just want a refund so I can buy my mum a bunch of better quality flowers.
