I ordered a balloon and pink crystal bouquet on the 9th of March, My mother didn't recieve her mothers day bouquet until today 13th of March, she was so disappointed, she has sent me photos, and I am disgusted!!! they're not even remotely like the picture on your site, no gift wrap, no bow, no balloon, no message card, the few flowers arrived in a plain cellophane sleeve, stems wilted and some are broken, I ordered 50% extra flowers, where are they? there was a box of strawberry cream chocolates included, which I didn't order or want!! MY MOTHER IS ALLERGIC!!! I am demanding a refund, and I'll be contacting my bank, and trading standards, your not a business you are scammers!!!!
