Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Hi, I have now sent 4 emails to the company and no reply. My partner has also sent two emails. My partner ordered flowers from lovely flora world to be delivered to me on Valentine’s Day 14th Feb. Firstly the flowers have only turned up two days later and they are not the flowers he ordered, delivered Friday 16th Feb. My work college has had to collect them for me as my last day In the office was Wednesday. He ordered valentines flowers well in advance and they have not only arrived two days late they are the wrong ones and half dead. The card you put in is a picture of weeds which is not very loving and romantic for valentines and the sticker inside the card where the message reads is all to one side and looks like someone did it with their eyes shut. Not only was it very disappointing to not receive the flowers on Valentine’s Day but the quality of them is hideous. My partner contacted you Wednesday night when I returned home from work with no flowers and emailed you and to date has been ignored and had no reply. Very disappointed and runined valentines days. Have looked at reviews on your services and I must say they are terrible and having experienced this now I can see why you ignore paying customers. Refund required. Terrible service you have given here. If you knew there was going to be problems delivering on Valentine’s Day then you should have contacted my partner and advised and he would have cancelled the order and picked me up a bunch from a supermarket cause to be honest what you are selling is not even as good as the supermarkets. All the reviews on your website surely can not be real. Regards,
