Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I have been trying to contact your company for several days and as yet received no reply. Just automated email response. This isn't acceptable. I am totally disappointed with the flowers my mum received. They were dry, drooping and in bad shape. Not anything like your pictures or expectations when ordering fresh flowers for a special day. I have followed instructions based on your website and yet I find all is silent on your company's behalf. Not a company I will ever use again and will tell others the same. Product and service has been terrible. One extremely dissatisfied person. Can not even say customer as I will not return.
