The flowers were ordered for Mothers day... they didn't arrive before mothers day they arrived today Monday the 12th March upon opening the box i was pretty shocked the flowers were virtually dead, they weren't in pretty bouquets with ribbon on just a piece of sellotape holding then together....the flowers weren't even in any water and were bone dry and some of the leaves are even crispy that's how dry they are!! It's appalling really that a company feel this is an acceptable way of sending flowers out that in no way resemble what is pictured on their website!!! I have emailed the company asking for a full refund as I'm aware of my statutory rights, but I won't hold my breath! Very very angry at this company and upset and disappointed for my Mum who is disabled, and wanted some lovely flowers to brighten her mother's day.
