Ordered for delivery AFTER Mothers Day. So far, 4 days later, no delivery. 5 emails to Lovely Flora World & no responses. The only email from them was confirmation of my order. I wasnt aware initally this was not a local flower shop until after alarm bells rang with no delivery. Flowers are delivered in a box through the post, again I believed I was buying a bouquet wrapped in tissue as displayed on their website targetting the Margate area and they would be hand delivered. Website customer reveiws were glowing but a belated search on google showed this company has been fleecing customers for some time. I have reported this company to the CAB Kent who have referred it onto Trading Standards. Every one who has issues with this company should do the same and have this company shut down so others do not experience the dissapointment & hassle of trying to get their money back, if its possible at all. This company is trading nationwide and their websites target wherever you want flowers!
