Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on 17th August. Flowers were not delivered. Emailed and asked if I'd receive confirmation when they were delivered to recipient, I was told I would not. Because of this I then had to contact the recipient and spoilt the surprise by asking them if they had received flowers, they hadn't. How can a company know there items are being delivered if they have no way of checking? Then contacted them again today to ask when they'd be delivered (if at all) I haven't received a reply. After reading reviews I now see they have a cop-out of saying they have 2 reservation days AFTER the delivery date. Well if my flowers arrive 2 days after they are meant to then they will be dead and I will request a refund, and if not refunded I will apply to the civil court and contact trading standards. After reading reviews I am actually really worried for the recipient to receive these flowers (that's if they ever receive them)

Dear Stephanie, We are sorry that this happened to you , as we rely on Royal Mail 1st Class service , we are not charging for the delivery in case something goes wrong and if our customers won't receive the delivery within 1-2 days we always offer solutions. Still no reply from previous message. Have sent a further 2 emails and also filled out lovely flora world online form requesting a refund. As expected, no reply!

After ordering flowers more than a week ago and not being delivered, they tell me the best they can do is send another bunch of flowers at a convenient date. Well last Thursday when they were supposed to be delivered was a convenient date obviously. This company is a complete rip off. I'm entitled to a full refund as you didn't provide the goods or services! Con artists
