Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered 2 bouquets from lovely floral world and they were for mother's day one for my mother and one for my mother in law. Both bouquets were both dead and soiled mother's day i then to rush around getting new flowers my mother lives 200 miles away so I had a day to get flowers out to her and when I complained they said they would send replacements but as the occasion has passed and new flowers were arranged before they even replied to my complaint I asked for a full refund however they said they would offer 50% however I want a full refund it ruined mothers day and makes a bad impression on us makes look like we don't care and just sent any old flowers very disgusting In my opinion
