[RESPONDED] Flowers were not delivered

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered on 09/12/2016 flowers for my sisters 70th Birthday as unable to be with her to be delivered on the 24th December 2016 - paid extra for a larger bouquet and Balloon nothing arrived, nor has it since. Emailed them straight away when I knew at 2100 that night, but still not heard from them, neither can I find a phone number for them to verbally complain - what can I do? I have asked for my money back. They state that at peak periods to request early, which I did do, my sister received other flowers via Royal Mail from different companies all arrived on the 24th, but nothing from me, so they can't say it was Royal Mail delivery problems, or I didn't request them early enough. I have received nothing from them and will not be using this company again.
