I ordered flowers on 9th March 2018 to be delivered in time for mothers day so delivery date was 10th March on the evening of the 10th March still no flowers had been delivered so I sent the company an email and it is now the 13th March and still no flowers and no email to explain why the flowers I had paid for and the money has been taken from my bank account still have not turned up.
