Failed to deliver flowers for a funeral, failed to reply to emails
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered two bouquets for a funeral. I then emailed the company to check that the flowers would be delivered on time as the funeral was in the morning. I received a standard email saying they would reply within 48 hours. No email was received. The flowers did not arrive. I emailed the company on the day of the funeral to tell them that the flowers had not arrived. They emailed me later that day to apologise for the delay in sending flowers for mothers day which was not what I had ordered and telling me that the flowers would be sent in a couple of days. I emailed back to tell them not to send the flowers as they were for a funeral and no longer required and requesting a refund. I got a standard email back saying they would reply in 48 hours. Very disappointing. No phone number on the site to contact them.
