[RESOLVED] - Fails to deliver flowers for birthday

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I had made a order late Friday the web site said for delivery 23/01/17 I had changed to 24/01/17 for my wife's birthday but the did not deliver on 24/01 and no delivery 25/01-26/01 then they e-mail to say if a no delivery card was left I said no card was left or flowers they then send e-mail stating refund will be 28 days and that I should have a new order sent to which I said no as the had rouined my surprise for my wife's birthday why does it take 28 days when it only takes 3 days for most banks As it is a bad company they need to be shamed and named
