Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Ordered flowers on 4th Nov for delivery on 5th Nov. They did not arrive until 8th Nov !!!! Not acceptable. Tried complaining via email as NO telephone number available ( I wonder why?????). Stroppy manager Joanne just gave excuses and no help. Asked for a refund as flowers had not even been despatched when I contacted her on the 7th Nov. She said NO. I could defer delivery to another day! Pathetic reason ! Never using again !!!!!!!
