Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered a bouquet of roses and Happy Birthday Balloons for a close friend's 50th through this company and specified the date of delivery to be 31/10/'18. The order was delivered two weeks early. I emailed and complained a d was promised another bouquet would be delivered free of charge by way of an apology. No bouquet was delivered today and when I contacted the company they said they had not received previous emails from me. I have asked for a full refund due to my close friend's surprise being disrupted twice and leaving me feeling extremely embarrassed. I am awaiting a response.
