Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I recently ordered flowers from this company as the prices were very good. I selected my date for Monday 12th, after a few emails back and forth the Valentine’s Day flowers I ordered didn’t reach me until the 15th! Upon opening them they were all dead! I have since sent several emails to this company with attached photos of the flowers and had no response. I would like a refund on my flowers and I will keep emailing and leaving bad reviews where ever possible until I get my money back. This company is a joke and the worst flower service I have ever had. There is no number to talk to a customer service advisor either which is making this whole experience nothing but stressful and frustrating. My partner had to open dead belated valentines flowers, They should be ashamed of themselves. No doubt they will read this... if so, please refund my money! It’s a joke.
