Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers a week before my partners birthday as a surprise to arrive at her workplace. I picked a specific day in the hope that they would be there early. The flowers arrived two days late and when my partner opened the flowers from the box, half of the flowers were decaying or drooping. A bouquet of white roses that had brown spots all over them. When I contacted lovely flora world they responded initially saying it's not their fault as "they don't guarantee next day delivery". I however didn't ask for next day delivery, I purchased the flowers a week early in the hope they would be delivered early or on the day. I then received an email from a different customer representative who said that they could arrange the flowers to be sent again on a different day, which I wasn't happy with because they were supposed to be a surprise for a birthday, I didn't want the same flowers sent a week later. When I tried to discuss this complaint to have the flowers sent to my home address or another option except to my partners workplace (my partner was then on holiday from work for a week) the company then ignored my emails. I have sent three follow up emails and I have received nothing from the company. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received from any company.
