Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day and I received the confirmation from Lovely Flora World, stating they would be delivered the day before. My mum never received the flowers. I tried to call Lovely Flora World but they are only contactable via email. This is poor customer service, which if I'd known I'd never have used them. I wrote twice to ask them about my order. I received no response. The flowers arrived eventually...days late. I had no response to my email and no apology. Not good enough.
