Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Order early on a Thursday, hoping for a Friday delivery. Website states, it tries for a next day delivery for all orders placed before 5pm... Either way emailed for updates, to then recieve an automated message, promising a 48hr response.... Eventually got an automated response, apologizing about the delay for my Mothers Day flowers... I had not ordered them for Mother's Day.... I wrote out 3 more emails, to then get the exact same automated response each time.... Bottom line is,I have never come across a flower delivery company that does not have customer service... You may not know this before your order, but they do not have a telephone enquiries line or any other form of contact, apart from email. That to an automated service... I totally regret my purchase, and shall never be ordering from these cowboys again... I have had the worse experience of my life, and never felt so embarrassed when the recipient received the flowers and notified me, trying to be polite and appreciative, until I went over and saw them for myself. Utterly disgusting, money hogging unprofessional bunch of amateurs......
