[RESPONDED] flowers delivered 5 days late and dead

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for mothers day and they weren't delivered on time whuch i emailed to see whete they were but got no reply they actually turned up 5 days late. When opening box the flowers were dead. I emailed them straight away which then took over a week to even answer which by then my mum had thrown the flowers. I did however take photos of these. I have asked for a full refund but they are refusing this as didn't keep the flowers to send back

It took you over 2 week's to reply to the email so of course they would've been chucked away. I sent photos on the arrival day so should be sufficient enough for a refund
