Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered a bouquet of spring flowers for my partner and included a message for her. The flowers that arrived were not the ones showed in the picture, they were wilted and the card only included a stranger's name, which was definitely not what I had asked to be written. My partner received the bouquet not knowing who they were from and I was shown the bouquet, I was devastated to see that they had sent out dead flowers with the wrong card. I contacted Lovely Flora to say what happened, and I asked them to either refund me or at least send a new bouquet of fresh flowers with the right message and the right name this time, but never heard from them! There is no way to contact them by phone and I now feel I have been robbed off completely by their fraud services.
