[LAPSED] Flowers did not arrive !

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I placed an order of a bouquet of flowers on 11/12/17 with delivery date stated as 13/12/17 on lovely flora world. I received confirmation that the flowers were ‘ready for delivery’, however they did not turn up, still haven’t turned up almost a week later and absolutely no response from lovely flora world Customer services. My account no longer seems to work - I can’t log in as it says ‘wrong password’ (which it isn’t!) and when saying ‘forgot my password’ to be sent a new password to access my account, nothing happens. Please help?!
