Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day back in February. However, on my part I had failed to notice the small print which stated that Lovely Flora World did not deliver on Sundays. I expected the delivery to at least arrive at the intended address the next day at least. However, it did not arrive until two weeks after. It also turns out that the initial order had not even been delivered at all so after contacting customer services, a second delivery was arranged. I have asked for a refund seeing as the first delivery was never arranged and when the flowers did arrive, it was two weeks after the date I had initially requested. I have sent several emails asking for this refund but have had no reply.
