Flowers not as pictured, mother’s day ruined

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered two bouquets of flowers one for my mum and one for my mother in law, they arrived by Royal Mail today (9/3/18) the flowers are not as pictured on the website, I paid extra for 50% more flowers but I may aswell of purchased a cheap supermarket bunch as the quality and quantity is terrible. I have sent them an enquiry as there is no contact number, demanding a refund. I have photos of the online product that I ordered and photos of what actually turned up, so upset that I’ve spent my money on them when I could of got a nicer bouquet from a supermarket.
