Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for Mother's day, and had a confirmation email that my order was ready for delivery on Monday which was the day I'd ordered for the delivery. Having spoken to my mum on Tuesday she'd not received the flowers, I was gutted. I sent an email enquiry yesterday via the contact link on the website to see what had happened and to get this sorted. I've still heard nothing as of today and have sent another email this evening. There seems to be a total lack of after care for the customers when there is a problem, even though they say on the website they have a team available from 7:30-5pm. Obviously if my mum receives the flowers from now they won't be in any fit state anyway.I'm very frustrated, upset and angry.
