Flowers not delivered! (3 Days Late)
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers for my mother and father in law as they were going through a rough time. I ordered them on the Tuesday and was told they would be delivered on the Wednesday. Great! Then the email said it could take another day, which is fine I am not unreasonable. Thursday came and still no flowers, the payment had been taken in full (14.99) so was starting to wonder what was going on. Then Friday came and I thought surely they will come today...Nope nothing. It is now Saturday and still no sign of the flowers! I have emailed the company, I am waiting for a reply. But I am not very happy. The in laws are out every weekend which is why I wanted them delivered in the week! If not delivered today I will take this further and I want my money back. Also, if I am not happy with the quality I will not be happy as I have been reading some not very good reviews. Either way, I will not be using this company again!!
