[LAPSED] Flowers not receieved, no response from company - they have taken my money!

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

On Sunday 26th March 2017, I placed an online order for £15.99 flowers, with a confirmation of the order (automated.) I emailed them on Sunday 26th, to this day (Tuesday 28th March 2017) they have NOT responded!! There is NO telephone number for this website (lovely floralworld). They also did NOT respond to my 2nd email, where I threatened legal action, and would contact my bank, and they still did not reply today! I had rung the intended reciepent for the flowers and they have NOT receieved them, The company took the money from account today. I rang my bank Santander and they did not take it seriously - they said, I would have to wait 15 days for a response from the flower company! I explained to them all the evidence , and this website aswell to prove that the company is not good at honouring customers purchases. The bank did not listen, and kept referring to the companies, policies, that if I ordered on a Sunday, it should arrive today. I did tell them that it hadn't arrived, they still wouldn't listen. Am going to let watchdog know, I am on low income! If only I had reviews! My bank won't help, so am going to close my bank account with Santander.
