Flowers took 1 week to be delivered!!! - very late for mothers day.
Complaint against Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers 4 days prior to the date I wanted them delivered. They have taken a week to turn up. I have sent numerous emails to the company asking for them to confirm the date they received my order and the date they dispatched them. Not once have they answered my questions. They do reply but just direct me to the delivery terms and conditions. In other words just trying to blame Royal Mail for their incompetance and bad organisation. Its about time they accept responsibility for their own errors.
