[RESPONDED] Flowers were late and damaged

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

The flowers were meant to be delivered 25/03/17 (in time for Mother's Day) but arrived 28/03/17. The flowers were fully bloomed on arrival and some were also damaged/ dead. The email stated delivery would be 25/03/17. The correspondence has been terrible. They don't read your message. I sent photos of flowers twice and they still requested photos. A week later they then said I could have a full refund if I sent the flowers back in the original box! My mother doesn't keep dead flowers nor had she held onto the box for a week. They offered a 50% refund or replacement (not taking a chance with that again!). So I guess I'm forced to accept a 50% refund! Outrageous customer 'service' and I will never use them again. I will be telling all my family and friends about this dreadful company.
