Complaint against Lovely Flora World
Order Number : 204534 Delivery I placed an order from this website for roses to be delivered on a specific date. (Ordered on 04/03 for delivery on 09/03). Instructions were clear and also emailed them to remind the date after order (only way to contact them). Sadly the flowers were delivered one day early which was disappointing. Surcharge While checking out surcharge is added to your order even if you pay with debit card. This is another disappointment on a customer experience side. Quality of flowers Quality of the roses were no way near a florist standards. Infact my local petrol stations will do far superior quality flowers and it would have lasted more than a day. Lessons learned on this merchant and only taking the time to put up a review here to prevent anyone falling into the same trap. I did fill up my review which I received after my order which I don't think will see a daylight on their website. Please stay away and don't use them unless you want to understand how to provide a very bad customer experience.
