I ordered flowers from Lovely Flora World with a guaranteed delivery date of April 28th 2016 if the flowers ordered on April 26th 2016. This is the email that was sent to Lovely Flora world. Per their refund policy, a refund will given if request is made 2 days after the expected delivery date. This request was sent on April 30th. ------ Original Message ------ From: To: [email protected] Cc: Sent: April 30, 2016 at 5:45 PM Subject: Order #10103 Hello The white roses for Order # 10103 to the recipient were not received as of today. Upon placing order, it was guaranteed that the order would be delivered to the recipient on Thursday, April 28th 2016 if I place an order on April 26th 2016. This was a very special and memorable day for the recipient, and the rest of the family since this was the 1st day of her Broadway debut. It is now two days after the delivery date of April 28th 2016, and the flowers have not been delivered. There is an another order of flowers from my sister, who have used your services prior, that were not delivered on April 28th 2016 as well. This payment in the amount of $52.86 was posted to my account on April 26th, for LovelyFlowers for Hayes, processing #052066561119000020001176. Please refund the amount of $52.86 back to my card.
