I ordered on mother’s day forSome flowers to arrive to my moms address on the 1/4/2019.

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I made a order On the 31/03/2019 for some flowers to arrive to my mom for the 1/04/2019. Unfortunately my mom didn’t receive the flowers and I have payed for them. I’ve tried to contact the service plenty of times but have not had any response although it states they will contact you back in 48 hrs

Avoid this company at all costs - I paid for flowers for my Mum, I paid extra for larger size. They sent the standard size) which were poor quality. Unable to contact them and I reported them to trading standards for not delivering the goods I paid for. Sadly Mum passed away recently and I am angry that she didn't get the flowers I wanted for her occasion. Give this company a wide berth.
